Support for Latino Sales, Renewals and Members
What: In honor of National Hispanic Awareness Month, we wanted to share some of our Latino resources that are available to you and your clients.
Renewals and Client Support:
- Spanish Virtual Unit (SVU) comprised of bilingual employees is available to any member when they call
- The SVU team provides open enrollment presentations for large groups with a high-Spanish-speaking population.
- They can also assist with up Blue Access for MembersSM, MD live®, claims/benefit research and wellness fairs.
- For SVU requests, please contact your Account Representative or Cynthia Hendon.
- Producers have access to fliers and other resources in Spanish. Contact your account executive to request them.
- Members can access our BCBSOK Latino Facebook Page
- Members have the option to select Spanish as their language preference in Blue Access for Members. By choosing this option, all EOBs and communications will be sent in Spanish.
- Our virtual assistant “Sara” may also be helpful for Spanish speakers looking for online support
- ‘Pregúntale a Sara’ is available at our Spanish site
