Mercy, BCBSOK Sign New Two-Year Agreement

Over the past few months, we’ve been working with Mercy to renew our contracts. We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve reached a new two-year agreement with Mercy hospitals, doctors and Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care.

Mercy hospitals, doctors and urgent care are also joining our new HMO plan, MyBlue HMO^SM, in January 2023. MyBlue HMO will be available to individuals and families through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

The contracts with Mercy are effective Dec. 1, 2022. We regularly negotiate rates with hospitals and doctors on behalf of our members. We work to give them access to quality health care and to protect their health care dollars.

Mercy is in the following provider networks:

• Blue Choice PPO^SM
• Blue Advantage PPO^SM 
• BlueLincs HMO^SM
• Blue Plan65 Select^SM
• Medicare Advantage HMO^SM
• Medicare Advantage PPO^SM
• NativeBlue^SM
• MyBlue HMO^SM (starting in January 2023)
