Fitness Program Waives Enrollment Fee for New Members in August
Applies to all groups, Individual & Family markets

The waived enrollment promotion is only available to groups with the Well onTarget^® Fitness Program.

Also, not all groups have Blue Points^SM; members should check with their benefits representative to determine Blue Points eligibility.

From Aug. 1-31, 2025*, new eligible members can join the Fitness Program and save with a waived $19 enrollment fee. To qualify, members will have to enter the coupon code AUGSAVE2025 at checkout.**

• Members can select a plan option that best suits their lifestyle based on location and facility access.
• Once they join, members have access to all locations within the purchased plan as well as locations in any of the lower-priced plan options.
• Members can access thousands of digital fitness videos and live classes (e.g., cardio, bootcamp, barre, yoga and more) through an online platform. Digital access is included with Base, Core, Power and Elite memberships.

Members can download the Well onTarget Fitness Program app (free of charge) from both the Apple and Android app stores and log in using the same credentials as the portal.

*Note: As of Jan. 17, 2025, all members must create username and password credentials on the Well onTarget Fitness Program portal. These credentials will be used to log into the mobile app. To enroll, members can log in to Blue Access for MembersSM and under “MyHealth,” then “Wellness,” choose “Fitness Program.” Members need to enter the code “AUGSAVE2025” during enrollment before August 31 to waive the enrollment fee. They can choose the plan that best meets their needs and select the fitness location that is right for them. Or, they may also enroll by calling 888-762-BLUE (2583) Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CT

*    After Aug. 31, 2025, regular enrollment fees will apply to all new memberships.

***  Individuals must be 18 years old to purchase a membership. Dependents, 16-17 years old, can join but must be accompanied to the location by a parent/guardian who is also a Fitness Program member. Check your preferred location to see their membership age policy. Underage dependents can log in and join through the primary member’s account as an “additional member.”

The Fitness Program is provided by Tivity Health^TM, an independent contractor that administers the Prime Network of fitness locations. The Prime Network is made up of independently owned and operated fitness locations.
